Returns & Exchanges

At Olympia Le-Tan®️, we take pride in the artisanal craftsmanship of our handmade book clutches and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items are in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely place the item in its original signature OLT packaging and shipping box, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label (if applicable) or send the package via a tracked courier service to our Parisian atelier for inspection.

• 4.
  Quality Review & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, excluding initial shipping costs.
